Our Panjeeri Mix, also known as Sattu Khus Khus Panjeeri, is a cherished family heirloom recipe, passed down from our cofounder Madhu ji’s grandmother. She has given this recipe her own innovative twist by replacing whole wheat flour with Sattu. Made with pure ghee and minimal sugar, it demands meticulous, slow cooking on a gentle flame for 30-40 minutes, ensuring perfect granular texture.
Substituting Sattu enhances protein content and lowers the glycemic index, boosting overall nutrition, aiding digestion and blood sugar management.. Our Panjeeri Mix is rich in complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, proteins, fibre, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
