Nimbu Chuhara is a cherished Marwari delicacy, a flavourful creation rooted in the rich tradition of women sharing recipes as a love language. Our co-founder Madhu ji learned this rare household recipe from her Marwari neighbour, and now we share this with you.

Dried dates can be challenging to enjoy on their own due to their dryness. Yet, when soaked and sun-dried with lemon juice and spices, they transform into a healthy edible treat. This combination of dried dates, lemon, black salt, chaat masala, unprocessed sugar and black pepper offers a medley of health benefits.
